Refund Policy:

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to make a return or exchange, we’re here to help.

Items must be in brand-new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Once your return request is received, we’ll email you step-by-step instructions, along with a prepaid return label and commercial invoice.

Returns must be dropped off with the designated shipping carrier within 10 business days of receiving your return label.

Returns sent after this period will not be accepted.

Important Notes:

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code (excluding first-time subscriber discounts) are only eligible for exchange or store credit.Each order is limited to one return label, and multiple returns per order cannot be processed.
